... in collaboration with Prof. Joe Feser's group at the Univ. of Delaware has posted a pair of companion papers to the arXiv on electron-phonon coupling across metal-semiconductor interfaces, showing exceptionally good agreement between theory using density functional theory with Green's functions including cross-interface electron-phonon coupling, and experiments.
